in the desert

it is always a pleasure working with the wonderful amy of amy w. photothis time we drove out to central oregon, and did a mini bridal shesh and a jewelry shoot for mykiss love(coming soon!)it was a beautiful hot and sunny day, just want we wanted, but what really rocked was that i got to shoot with both my sisters!
i made two different styles of bouquets for the shoot, one tight and rounded and the other more unrestrained and free.  i used coral charm peonies, ranunculus, roses, seeded euc and bupleurum in both bouquets. the third "bouquet" was 2 sticks of ginger. i love it, having one bridesmaid not caring a bouquet at all but instead a long tall ginger!
my sister, rachael, of mykiss love made these AMAZING living earrings for the shoot.  she used rose petals and ranunculus. they are so beautiful and make a HUGE statement. you can purchase them on her etsy for your special event and they will look beautiful for the length of it!
last minuite i threw all the airplants and driftwood i have at home into the "photo shoot bag" and figured we could do something cool with them...ended up stuffing a bunch of airplants into a piece of driftwood and making a bouquet. i love how they turned out!
i just can't resist showing a few more bouquet shots...thanks again amy and rachael (and bridget)! it was a blast!
head over to mykiss love to see a few more shots!
